At the same time, GIZ-COSERAM bids farewell to the former regional director for Caraga, who has assumed a new role in the Visayas.

COSERAM welcomes Regional Executive Director Arleigh J. Adorable of DENR-10 and RED Felix Sagomez Alicer of DENR-13. The Program also wishes good things to former DENR-13 RED Charlie E. Fabre in his new role as PENRO of Negros Oriental province based in Dumaguete City.

The Program learned that Fabre specifically asked DENR Secretary Roy Cimatu to give him his old post in the PENR in Dumaguete City to be closer to his family.

The COSERAM Program is closely working in Region 10 (Northern Mindanao), Region 13 (Caraga) and Region 11 (Davao Region). The DENR sits as member of the Program’s Regional Steering Committee (RSC) in each of these regions as well as in the National Steering Committee (NSC).
