Use of Peace Building and Development Needs (PBDN) for Strategizing and Planning in Conflict Affected Areas

Processes and tools to address the causes of violent conflict by identifying and combining Peace Building and Development Needs (PBDN) in plans and budget allocation (e.g. for CDP-Executive Legislative Agenda [ELA], Annual Investment Plan [AIP], Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan [PAMANA]).

Needs meaningful stakeholder participation, e.g. collaboration of Peace and Order Council (POC), Local Development Council (LDC) as well as LGUs and relevant government agencies in LGU territories, especially DILG and (Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP).
