Where We Work

Since 2011, the Conflict Sensitive Resource and Asset Management (COSERAM) Program supports an integrated approach of poverty reduction and peace building in the region of Caraga and other conflict-affected areas in the Philippines particularly Regions 10 (Northern Mindanao) and 11 (Davao Region).

The COSERAM Program is a joint undertaking of the Philippine and German Governments, implemented by GIZ and partner agencies such as the National Economic ad Development Authority (NEDA) as executive agency together with implementing partners such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), and Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA).
